Main Street Cafe began with a simple conviction: the best bread is made slowly, the best coffee is treated with respect, and the best meals happen at a table where you know your neighbor's name.
We opened our doors on Bay Creek Road with a small deck, a hand-built oven, and a commitment to doing things the way that takes the most time — because that's usually the right way. Every loaf, every pastry, every cup of coffee is prepared in-house, each morning, by people who live in this community.
We source from Georgia growers whenever we can. We train our baristas the same way we'd want to be trained. And we believe a cafe should feel like a place you're glad to come home to — even if home is only a few blocks away.
